Mr. Hu Jinglin, Commissioner of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China, met with Mr. Daniil Egorov, Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, in Beijing on April 21, 2026.

The two sides held in-depth talks on digital transformation of tax collection and administration, BRICS tax cooperation, and the Belt and Road Initiative Tax Administration Cooperation Mechanism (BRITACOM) development.

Hu and Egorov signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.
